HONG KONG–Hong Kong stocks rose 0.77 percent after the opening bell Friday following another rally on Wall Street that was fueled by comments from a Federal Reserve official that its bond-buying programme will not be wound up too soon.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index added 156.55 points to 20,596.63 in the first few minutes of trade.
