MANILA, Philippines–Damage to agriculture due to Typhoon “Pablo” has reached P11.56 billion–as of Dec. 11–as Northern Mindanao reported additional losses in crops and livestock, according to data from the Department of Agriculture.
The estimated damage pertained to corn and high-value crops, including mango.
There were also further reports of livestock losses.
As of Dec. 10, farm damage due to Pablo was at P11.23 billion.
