Hong Kong stocks open flat





Hong Kong – Hong Kong stocks opened flat on Tuesday, edging 0.07 percent higher as traders digested overnight losses in US and European markets.


The benchmark Hang Seng Index added 15.03 points to 20,709.73 in the first few minutes of trade.
