Vista Land unveils high-rise project in Cagayan de Oro

By

MANILA, Philippines–Villar-led property developer Vista Land & Lifescapes Inc. has unveiled a high-rise residential property project at the heart of Cagayan de Oro City’s central business district, seeking to grab a bigger share of the vertical segment outside Metro Manila.

Through its condominium development arm Vista Residences, Inc., the group launched “The Loop” in the bustling Limketkai Center in Cagayan de Oro City which will have two 25-storey buildings called the North and the South Towers, the company said in a press statement.

This is Vista Residences’ second vertical project in Mindanao. The first is the mid-rise condominium project called Northpoint along J.P. Laurel Street in Davao City.

The two towers of The Loop will be connected by an elevated, covered skywalk to the main mall. The North Tower alone will have 522 units, from studio to one-bedroom to two-bedroom and three-bedroom units. It will cater to the mid- to upper-middle and high-end income markets. Down payment can start at as low as P5,285 a month.

Combining expected sales from The Loop and the fourth tower of Northpoint called Liverpool, Vista Land expects to generate at least P4 billion in sales from these projects in Mindanao.

The Loop’s master-planned towers seek to offer unit owners and guests with “an opulent and spacious” lobby, the company said. A Clubhouse, called The Canopy, will house upscale amenity offerings on the ground level, such as the adult and kiddie pools, play area, fitness gym and a multi-purpose hall. The second and third levels will be the parking pods while the fourth loor will have garden residential units. The penthouse floor will house the sky gardens.

Residential condo units will be located from the fifth to the 24th level, with exclusive penthouse units at the 25th floor. Both towers will have 24-hour concierge services and advanced security system for residents’ convenience and peace of mind.

The towers’ east side seeks to provide residents with a “spectacular mountain view” while the west side will have “the compelling view of the vibrant cityscape,” the statement said.

Accessibility is seen as one of the most attractive features of The Loop, being located right across the city’s transport hub and close to workplaces, schools and universities, supermarkets and business centers.

Vista Residences currently has a portfolio of 23 low- to high-rise condominiums in select prime locations in Metro Manila and now, Davao City and Cagayan de Oro City.
