BDO Unibank, Inc.’s (BDO) loyalty program—BDO Rewards—was recognized in the recently concluded 3rd Annual Colloquy Loyalty Awards held in California, USA.
The Bank’s “Ten Things You Must Experience” campaign won the Loyalty Innovation in Financial Services Award from Colloquy, the global research group of Loyalty One, an international provider of customer insight and strategy, loyalty and marketing programs, and customer experience management.
BDO earned a nod for its Bucket List, the 2011 Rewards Catalog compiling 10 exceptional and exclusive deals, the latest gadgets, prime properties and travel destinations for its top clients. The campaign delivered a 93 percent increase in redeemed rewards value and a 93 percent increase in the number of members who redeemed.
“We believe that past the sophisticated stance and successful career or business is a childlike wanderer impassioned with a wish list of thrilling things one still wants to do. It is because of this belief that we came up with a BDO Bucket List,” said BDO Rewards head Rosola A. Vivas.
