Petron to raise LPG prices

By

MANILA, Philippines—Petron Philippines announced Monday night that it will implement a P1.75 per kilogram increase in the prices of Gasul and Fiesta Gas effective 6 a.m. on Oct. 2, 2012.

The price increase excludes Value Added Tax, Petron said in a statement e-mailed and texted to media firms.

The company said it will increase the price of Xtend autoLPG by P1.10/liter (VAT included) at the same time.

The new prices reflect the increase in international LPG contract prices for the month of October, Petron said.
