Passengers with online-issued tickets can avail of Philippine Airlines’ ‘Manage My Booking’ service for rebooking of their flights and advance seat reservations.

Passengers can also add or purchase ancillary items, namely, choice and forward economy seats.

Flight rebooking and purchase of choice seats are subject to corresponding fees. Fare difference charges may also apply.

All they simply have to do is log on to http://ift.tt/pJcxpI, press the Manage My Booking icon and type in their booking reference and last name. After carrying out these easy steps, passengers can now adjust their flights in terms of departure/arrival date, time, origin, destination and contact information.

‘Manage My Booking’ applies to domestic and international one way or round trip tickets issued through http://ift.tt/pJcxpI.

The facility will accept passenger requests for flight changes up to 24hours before a flight. Passengers who wish to make flight changes within 24 hours from departure time must call PAL Hotline (02) 855-8888 or visit the nearest PAL ticket office.

For more information on this online service feature, passengers may visit the PAL website.
