New commercial hub rising in Quezon City

The Development of Crossroad Center—which will feature a mini-mall, convention center and events venue—in Quezon City is underway.

The construction of new retail outlets, shops and restaurants is now in full swing following the recent groundbreaking rites for the city’s newest commercial center.

FamilyMart, an anchor tenant, will soon open its newest branch, to be followed by a major coffee shop chain and a host of restaurants and bars.

Developed and operated by Cross Property Management Group (CrosPro), Crossroad Center boasts of a fully-airconditioned, 2,500-seat capacity convention center, private meeting rooms and state-of-the art fitness gym with lapping pool. Office spaces and a businessman’s hotel are also in the pipeline.

Located at the bustling Scout Area intersection of Mother Ignacia Avenue and Scout Reyes St., Crossroad Center’s huge performance hall is a perfect venue for corporate meetings and conferences, weddings and reunions, as well as major events like graduation ceremonies and musical concerts.

“We envision Crossroad Center to be a major events venue. It has one of the biggest performance halls that rival the country’s best. Its strategic location beside two huge schools, proximity to bustling areas like Quezon Avenue, Timog and Tomas Morato also make it a very attractive investment for locators,” CrosPro chair and CEO Anthony Quiambao said.
