Hong Kong stocks open flat

Hong Kong – Hong Kong stocks opened flat on Monday as last week’s rally triggered by the US deal to avert the “fiscal cliff” wound down.


The benchmark Hang Seng Index rose 14.19 points to 23,345.28 in the first few minutes of trade.
